@karim Regarding legality, different countries and states have rules regarding recording of phone conversations. Not sure if they apply to internet VoIP systems. But as a rule of thumb, you should always have the consent of parties involved for recording.

Transcription is one of the services that we offer around Call Graph. We use a combination of speech recognition software and manual correction to generate the transcripts. The system is in early stages now and will improve as we go along.

Thanks for trying it out.

Very Interesting and easy to use Well done Gentlemen Now how legal is it if the person you are recording is unaware ...thats a different subject and we shall not debate it here . Call Graph is a very useful tool and the Web Site is well designed and user friendly . I presume its an Indian Interface/Software right? Unless i am mistaken there is another similar software called "Pamela" I think but its not as elaborate as yours . I didnt quite understnad the Transcribe Function by the way ??

Keep up the good work and thank you

kind regards
