Payment Options
For simplicity and speed, Scribie works with online prepayments.
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
Paypal is also supported.
We are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant designed to protect businesses and customers against payment card theft and fraud. Note that we do not store your credit card information and it is passed to Braintree, our payment processor.
Your stored payment information can be managed from the settings page.
Bulk Orders
Handling bulk transcription orders is not new to us. Having transcribed nearly 5 million minutes of audio, we have various loyal customers across industries like academia, legal, video production, and much more.
To set your expectations on delivering your bulk order, we have a delivery limit of 20 hours of transcripts per week, 4 hours, or 50 files per day.
For example, if you ordered 5 files of 1 hour each, the deliveries will be staggered. You will receive the first 4 files the next day, and the remaining file the day after.
If you have bulk orders of at least $1000, we can support bank transfer, billing, and invoicing. You may contact us to arrange a contract regarding payment terms.
Team Accounts & Credits
If you have multiple files that need transcription, it would be easier to share your load of work by having someone else handle this task.
Scribie’s Team Accounts will allow you to share your account with your colleague without giving your password.
Your team will be able to place and manage transcripts on your behalf. There is no need to share your credit card details as your added payment method will be shared among your team.
You may add account credits that will serve as your Scribie fund to make payments. This option makes it secure and convenient for you and your team to place orders in the future.
You can add anywhere from $10 to $15,000 at a time. Take note, though, that while these credits don’t expire, they cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
