Thanks for letting us know about the 1.3.0.0 release. It sounds good, but I don’t see a “download” link for it.

I tried clicking the big yellow-brown “C” logo on the right and it took me to a page where it seemed to have a link to download the free version of 1.3.0.0.

But when I clicked that link, and chose “Run,” the first dialog box was titled, “Welcome to the CallGraph 1.2.1.2 Beta Setup Wizard.”

I don’t want to download version 1.2.1.2, I want (the free version of) 1.3.0.0. How can I download it?

  • Rajiv says:

The version number was wrong in the installer and has been corrected. It should show the correct version now.

you guys need to stamp the name with HH:MM:SS otherwise if you get 2 calls that occur in rapid succession from the same caller, the new file doesnt get written this is VERY BAAAAD! (name conflict)

Also how much trouble would it be to encode directly to MP3? i notice on my system that the call gets recorded to an intermediary wav file….

  • Rajiv says:

A suffix is added to the file name if a name conflict occurs. We do not directly encode to mp3 because of performance impacts.

  • Kwiekie says:

I’ve tried to install it now for about 10 times, but i keep on getting an error.

The Installer is trying to download “temp\CallGraphBrowser.zip”, and it keeps on saying “connecting”.
After about 30 seconds it disapears an the installers stops.

I am on a windows 7 machine, is that maybe the problem?

  • Alex says:

I have the same problem as Kwiekie says – my installation is being dropped suddenly. Looks like the installation process tries to download from your we without success. And I’m also using Windows 7 64Bit laptop.
I gave a look to the workaround page, but didn’t find anything helpful there – any new ideas ?
